Devotional: The Covenant of Fruitfulness

Barrenness is not your portion.
Stagnation is not your inheritance.
You are planted by the rivers of living water—your destiny is designed to bear fruit in every season.

Psalm 1:3 (AMP) says, “And he will be like a tree firmly planted [and fed] by streams of water, which yields its fruit in its season; its leaf does not wither; and in whatever he does, he prospers [and comes to maturity].”
This is your covenant promise: fruitfulness, preservation, and prosperity.

Fruitlessness is a satanic lie designed to contradict God’s Word over your life.
Where the enemy says “delay,” God says “due season.”
Where the enemy says “barren,” God says “fruitful.”

Today, you must declare it with fire:
Your career will not dry up.
Your business will not collapse.
Your family will not lack testimonies.
Your ministry will not wither.
You will bear fruit that lasts—because you are rooted in Christ.

Wash me with the blood of Jesus and realign me with Your covenant of fruitfulness.

Teach Moment

Fruitfulness is a covenant, not an option.
God created man with a mandate to be fruitful and multiply.
Fruitlessness is an attack of the enemy designed to contradict God’s blessing.

If you are planted in Christ, barrenness has no legal right over you.
Your career must yield results.
Your business must attract growth.
Your family must testify.
Your ministry must bring harvest.

“Fruitfulness is the visible evidence that you are connected to the Vine.”
Bishop David Oyedepo
