Father, I come to You this morning with thanksgiving on my lips. You are good, and Your love endures forever (Psalm 136:1, NIV). I worship You not to earn a hearing but because You are worthy, and because in Christ I already have one.

I receive Your forgiveness, for Your Word promises that if I confess, You are faithful and just to cleanse me from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9, ESV).
