Devotional: Divine Restoration Is Your Portion

Have you ever looked back and thought… “I should’ve taken that chance” or “That door was mine but I missed it”?

Maybe you were distracted…
Maybe you hesitated…
Or maybe someone manipulated circumstances to push you out.

Whatever the case, God is not done with your story.

The Bible says in Joel 2:25 (AMP):
“So I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the creeping locust, the stripping locust, and the gnawing locust—My great army which I sent among you.”

That means:
Lost time can be restored.
Stolen opportunities can return.
Every error—intentional or not—can be reversed by God.

This is your season of sevenfold restoration.
Everything you lost through distraction, fear, confusion, betrayal, or sabotage—God can bring it back… multiplied.

So today, declare with boldness:
“Every good opportunity I missed by error or manipulation, be restored sevenfold by fire, in Jesus’ name!”

My Father, on this day, May 9, 2025, I come before You as the God who restores. I boldly declare, “Every good opportunity I missed by error or manipulation, be restored sevenfold by fire, in Jesus’ name!” Let every moment I lost be returned in acceleration. Let every open door I failed to walk through come back with divine favor. What was stolen from me—whether by ignorance, fear, or sabotage—I call it back now by the fire of the Holy Spirit.
