Protection Prayers Against Curses and Hexes

Your break curses and hexes prayer is the sword that severs every evil word, occult spell, and demonic assignment spoken against your life, family, and destiny. Whether someone cursed you in anger, a witch doctor placed a hex on your bloodline, or jealous enemies have been speaking destruction over your career, these scripture-anchored prayers reverse every satanic decree and command angelic enforcement of God’s protective covenant over everything the enemy tried to steal.

You didn’t imagine it.

That pattern of sudden setbacks right after a confrontation. The nightmare that started the week your business competitor threatened you. The doctor’s shocking diagnosis two days after that family argument.

Curses are real. Hexes have power when left unchallenged.

But so does the blood of Jesus. And so does your voice when you pray with authority.

You’re about to take back everything the enemy stole through spoken evil.

Why Break Curses And Hexes Prayer Matters

Curses and hexes are not superstition. They are demonic contracts activated by words, rituals, and covenants with darkness. Proverbs 18:21 declares, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue.” When someone speaks destruction over you with malicious intent, especially if backed by occult rituals, that word carries demonic assignment.

Scripture shows us that curses without cause cannot land. Proverbs 26:2 says, “Like a flitting sparrow, like a flying swallow, so a curse without cause shall not alight.” But when there is a legal entry point (unforgiveness, generational sin, occult involvement, broken covenants), the curse finds a landing strip.

Your job is to close every door, break every covenant, and command the curse to return to sender sevenfold.

Numbers 23:23 says, “For there is no sorcery against Jacob, nor any divination against Israel.” When you stand under the blood of Jesus, covered by the New Covenant, no weapon formed against you can prosper (Isaiah 54:17). But you must enforce it. You must decree it. You must pray it with the same violence the enemy used to send it.

Galatians 3:13 declares, “Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us.” Every curse ever spoken, every hex ever cast, was nailed to the cross. Your prayer activates that finished work and commands the enemy to release what he stole.

The Main Power Prayer

Father, I come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, covered by His blood and walking in His authority. I decree that every curse and hex spoken against me, my family, my health, my finances, my marriage, and my destiny is broken, nullified, and reversed right now.

I declare Galatians 3:13 over my life: Christ has redeemed me from the curse of the law. Every word curse, every occult ritual, every witchcraft assignment, and every demonic decree sent against me is rendered powerless by the blood of the Lamb. I command every hex to return to sender sevenfold. Let every evil altar raised against me be consumed by fire. Let every demon assigned to enforce the curse be bound and cast into the abyss.

I close every legal entry point. I repent for any generational sin, unforgiveness, or occult involvement in my bloodline that gave the enemy access. I renounce every covenant my ancestors made with darkness. I plead the blood of Jesus over every doorway, every threshold, and every weak place in my spiritual armor.

I decree Psalm 91 over my household. No evil shall befall me, nor shall any plague come near my dwelling. I am hidden in the secret place of the Most High. I abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I call forth angelic assignment to enforce this decree. Let warring angels surround me, my family, and my property with a hedge of fire that no curse can penetrate.

I declare Isaiah 54:17: No weapon formed against me shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against me in judgment I condemn. I reverse every spoken evil. I nullify every satanic verdict. I break every chain forged in hell. I am free. I am covered. I am untouchable.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Scripture Prayers

Prayer 1 , Based on Psalm 109:17-18

Father, let every curse they intended for me return to them sevenfold. As they loved cursing, so let it come to them. As they delighted not in blessing, so let it be far from them. Let the curse they sent enter into their own bones like water and like oil into their bones. I decree that no weapon they fashioned against me will prosper. I am covered by Your covenant, and I walk in supernatural protection.

Prayer 2 , Based on Numbers 23:23

Lord, I decree that there is no sorcery against me and no divination that can prosper against my household. I stand as a child of the New Covenant, covered by the blood of Jesus. I declare that every occult ritual, every witchcraft spell, and every demonic hex sent my way falls to the ground powerless. I am untouchable. I am shielded. I am hidden in the secret place of the Most High.

Prayer 3 , Based on Isaiah 54:17

Father, I claim Isaiah 54:17 as my personal decree. No weapon formed against me shall prosper. Every tongue that rises against me in judgment, I condemn. This is my heritage as a servant of the Lord. Prayer 4 , Based on Deuteronomy 28:7

Lord, I decree that every enemy that rises against me in one way will flee before me in seven ways. I command confusion in their camp. Let their plans backfire. Let their curses return to them. Let their hexes boomerang back to sender. I walk in divine favor and supernatural protection. I am covered by the blood of the Lamb, and no evil can touch me.

Prayer 5 , Based on Luke 10:19

Jesus, You gave me authority to trample on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy. I decree that every curse is crushed under my feet. Every hex is trampled. Every demonic assignment is destroyed. I command every spirit enforcing the curse to be bound and cast out. I am seated with Christ in heavenly places, far above every principality and power. I am untouchable.

Prayer 6 , Based on Romans 8:31

Father, if You are for me, who can be against me? I declare that no curse, no hex, no witchcraft, and no demonic assignment can stand against Your covenant protection over my life. Prayer 7 , Based on 2 Corinthians 10:4-5

Lord, the weapons of my warfare are not carnal but mighty through God for pulling down strongholds. I cast down every curse, every hex, every evil imagination, and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God. I bring every demonic thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ. I declare that no curse has legal authority over my mind, my body, or my destiny.

Prayer 8 , Based on Zechariah 3:2

Father, I decree the rebuke of the Lord upon every curse and every hex sent against me. Let the enemy be silenced. Let every accuser be bound. Practical Steps to Activate This Prayer

Step 1: Conduct a Spiritual Audit

Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal any legal entry points the enemy used to land the curse. Unforgiveness? Occult involvement? Generational sin? Write down what He shows you, then repent and close each door with the blood of Jesus.

Step 2: Remove Occult Objects from Your Home

Search your house for cursed items: occult books, witchcraft jewelry, idols, charms, or gifts from known enemies. Destroy them. Burn them if safe, or dispose of them far from your property. Do not donate cursed items. They carry demonic assignment.

Step 3: Anoint Your Home with Oil

Take consecrated oil and anoint every doorway, every window, and every corner of your house. As you do, declare Psalm 91 and command every curse to leave. Establish your home as consecrated ground where no evil can dwell.

Step 4: Break Soul Ties with the Curser

If you know who cursed you, forgive them (for your own freedom), then sever every soul tie, demonic link, and spiritual connection. Command every demon assigned through that relationship to leave your life. You are no longer bound.

Step 5: Decree the Blood of Jesus Over Your Sleep

Curses often manifest in nightmares and night attacks. Before bed, anoint your pillow with oil and decree the blood of Jesus over your sleep. Command peaceful rest and prophetic dreams. For breakthrough prayers against nightmares, see Protection Prayers Against Nightmares.

Step 6: Fast and Pray for 3 Days

Some curses require extended warfare. Dedicate three days to fasting (whatever level you can sustain) and praying these decrees hourly. Demons assigned to enforce the curse will be weakened and expelled.

Step 7: Speak Victory Daily

Every morning for 21 days, stand before a mirror and decree the Daily Declarations above. Speak them with authority. Your voice has power. Your words create reality. Command the curse to break.

Biblical Examples

Balaam’s Failed Curse (Numbers 22-24)

Balak hired the prophet Balaam to curse Israel. Balaam tried three times to release destruction over God’s people. But every time he opened his mouth, blessings came out instead. Why? Because God’s covenant protection was stronger than any curse. Numbers 23:23 declares, “For there is no sorcery against Jacob, nor any divination against Israel.” You stand under the same covenant. No curse can prosper against you when you are hidden in Christ.

David and Shimei (2 Samuel 16:5-13)

When Shimei cursed King David and threw stones at him, David’s men wanted to kill the man. But David refused. He said, “Let him curse, because the Lord has said to him, ‘Curse David.'” David knew that a curse without God’s permission cannot land. Later, God vindicated David and judged Shimei. You don’t have to fight every battle. Let God be your defender. For prayers covering unjust accusations, explore Protection Prayers Against False Accusations at Work.

Jesus Cursing the Fig Tree (Mark 11:12-24)

Jesus cursed a fruitless fig tree, and it withered from the roots. This demonstrates the power of spoken words under divine authority. When you curse a curse (reverse it with your decree), it withers. It dies. It has no power. Jesus said, “Have faith in God. For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.” Your words carry creative power. Use them to break every curse.

FAQ

Can curses and hexes actually affect my life?

Yes, curses are real spiritual assignments activated through spoken words and occult rituals. Proverbs 18:21 teaches that death and life are in the power of the tongue. However, Proverbs 26:2 shows that curses without a legal entry point cannot land. If unforgiveness, generational sin, or broken covenants have opened doors, the curse finds access—but Jesus paid the price to close every one.

How do I know if someone has cursed me?

Watch for patterns of sudden setbacks after confrontations, nightmares following threats, or unexplained health crises tied to specific events. These may indicate a curse has found legal entry. The key is discerning whether the struggle is circumstantial or spiritually assigned. Prayer and discernment help you identify if demonic assignment is at work against you.

What scripture breaks curses and hexes?

Galatians 3:13 is the foundation: "Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us." Isaiah 54:17 declares no weapon formed against you shall prosper. Numbers 23:23 assures that under God's covenant, no sorcery can stand against you. These verses activate your authority to reverse every hex and command it to return to sender.

How should I pray to break a curse or hex?

Come before God in Jesus's name and declare the curse broken by His blood. Close every legal entry point by repenting of generational sin, unforgiveness, or occult involvement. Command the hex to return to sender sevenfold. Invoke angelic enforcement and declare Isaiah 54:17 over your life. Pray with authority—the same violence the enemy used to send the curse, you must use to reverse it.
