Daughter's release from immigration detention delayed

I want the community to intercede on behalf of my daughter that is presently detained in the immigration removal centre she has been granted bail and is supposed to go and do her assylum application and biometrics but the caseworker has refused to grant her release to her solicitors , sge was supposed to have been released by lastweek but she still there
