Laying Every Crown Before His Throne

Today's Scripture

"The twenty-four elders fall down and worship the one sitting on the throne, and they lay their crowns before the throne and say, 'You are worthy, O Lord our God, to receive glory and honor and power. For you created all things, and they exist because you created what you pleased.'" (Revelation 4:10-11, NLT)

Daily Spiritual Posture

Before you pray, release the tension in your body and the accounting in your mind. You are not here to report results to God. You are here to worship the One who holds all results. Come with open hands.

Entering God's Presence

Father, I enter Your presence not with a list but with a posture. You are seated on the throne, and everything that exists was created by You and for You (Revelation 4:11, NLT). I worship You before I speak another word.

Prayer of the Day

Lord, as this week closes, I lay every crown before Your throne. Every achievement, every outcome, every role I carried and every burden I managed. I release it all to You now, the way the elders fell and cast their crowns, declaring that You alone are worthy to receive glory and honor and power…

Interceding for Others

Father, I lift every person I know who is carrying the weight of their own week right now. For those exhausted by achievement and those defeated by disappointment, I ask that You meet them at the throne. Let them know they can lay it all down.
