Walking Worthy of Your Calling

Today's Scripture

"Therefore I, the prisoner in the Lord, urge you to walk worthy of the calling you have received." (Ephesians 4:1, CSB)

Daily Spiritual Posture

Enter this prayer having handed your worries to God, as He instructs in 1 Peter 5:7 (NIV). Clear your heart through honest confession and receive His forgiveness freely. Come in gratitude, knowing you are seated with Christ, praying from a place of union with Him, not striving toward one.

Entering God's Presence

Father, I come into Your presence with a grateful heart. You are the one who calls, and You are the one who equips. Every good gift comes down from You, and this calling on my life is no exception (James 1:17, NIV).

Prayer of the Day

Lord, as I press on this morning, let me walk in a manner that is truly worthy of the calling I have received, honoring the weight and the wonder of what You have assigned to my life. Your Word says I am to walk worthy of the calling, and I take that seriously today (Ephesians 4:1, CSB).

Interceding for Others

Father, I lift up every person today who feels the weight of their calling but cannot see the wonder of it. Let the eyes of their heart be opened to the hope to which You have called them (Ephesians 1:18, NIV).

Let prayer become daily.
