God’s promise of protection is not a consolation prize for the favored few. It is a blood-bought covenant spoken over you the moment you became His. Psalm 91:1-2 declares, “He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, ‘He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.'” The Hebrew word for “shadow” is tsel, a protective covering so complete that nothing can strike you without first passing through Him.

But when the king looked into the fire, he saw four men walking around, and the fourth looked like the Son of God. They walked out without even the smell of smoke on their clothes. Paul and the Shipwreck
The apostle Paul was on a ship heading to Rome when a violent storm struck. For fourteen days, the crew thought they would die.
