Devotional: When Roots Run Deep

A tree without roots will fall.
It may look tall for a while…
But the first real storm will expose its weakness.

So it is in the spirit.
Shallow faith collapses under pressure.
Shaky foundations crumble when the wind blows.
But rooted believers stand firm.
They don’t just survive—they endure.
They don’t just grow—they flourish.

Colossians 2:7 (AMP) says:
“Having been deeply rooted [in Him] and now being continually built up in Him and [becoming increasingly more] established in your faith, just as you were taught, and overflowing in it with gratitude.”

This is not just a verse—it’s a blueprint.
You are called to be rooted. Built up. Unshakable. Overflowing.
Not just visited by favor—but planted in it.
Not just touching fruit—but producing fruit that remains.

Today, cry out for roots.
Cry out for divine depth.
Ask for faith that doesn’t flinch under fire.
Favor that doesn’t fade under pressure.
And fruitfulness that no devil can interrupt.

This is your portion: not survival, but stability. Not struggle, but supernatural strength. Not shallow living, but deeply rooted dominion.
