What do you do when panic tries to take over?

When your heart races…
Your thoughts spiral…
And fear whispers lies faster than you can silence them…

That’s when you run—not from God, but to Him.

Philippians 4:6–7 (AMP) tells us exactly what to do:

“Do not be anxious or worried about anything, but in everything [every circumstance and situation] by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, continue to make your [specific] requests known to God. And the peace of God [that peace which reassures the heart], which transcends all understanding, stands guard over your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

God’s peace isn’t passive—it’s protective.
It guards you like a shield.
But the access key is prayer.

Don’t let your emotions drive.
Don’t let anxiety control the conversation in your mind.
Trade the panic for petition.
Trade the torment for trust.

When anxiety says, “What if…?”
Faith replies, “God is already there.”

Heavenly Father,
In the mighty name of Jesus,
I lay down every anxious thought at Your feet today.
