You may have spent this week wondering whether you were enough. Whether you were seen. Whether the ground beneath you was solid. That is an honest place to be. But the God who spoke a universe into being did something more intimate than creation: He spoke your name.

Isaiah 43:1 does not arrive as a suggestion. It arrives as a declaration: “Do not be afraid, for I have ransomed you. I have called you by name; you are mine.” God is not learning your name. He spoke it first. You did not earn this belonging, and you cannot lose it through a hard week.

Father, I come to You on this Saturday morning with a grateful heart. You are holy, sovereign, and near, and I worship You before I ask You for anything.

Father, Your Word in Isaiah 43:1 (NLT) says You have called me by name and I am Yours. I stand on that today. I do not approach You as someone uncertain of their welcome. I come as a child who has heard their Father speak their name, and that name has settled everything.

Where fear has whispered that I am forgotten or not enough, I answer with what is written: You have ransomed me. That is not a promise still waiting to be fulfilled. It is finished, and I live from that finished work today. Ephesians 2:6 (NLT) says You have raised me up and seated me with Christ in the heavenly realms. I pray from that seat, not from the floor of my anxiety.

Let the truth of my identity in You shape every word I speak and every decision I make today. Where I have believed the lie that my worth is built on my performance, I bring that lie to Your Word and let it fall. Romans 8:1 (NLT) declares there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus. I belong. I am Yours.
