Home sale breakthrough and buyer's heart

Hello I am requesting prayers for God's favor as my home has been on the market for 44 days now with only 4 showings and i am very discouraged as i have to sell my home. to make matters worse my real estate agent has been a bit negative. But, I keep praying and trusting God for a supernatural breakthrough and today someone is scheduled to tour my home at 1pm est. Please pray with me that the individual will feel at home when they walk through the door, and fall in love with the house and the community and can see themselves and their family living there and put in a full price offer. thank you for standing in the gap with me in the name of Jesus i give it to you lord. Please release me and my brother from this home. Amen
