Relief from leg pain and career opportunity

Hello, I am having physical pain in my right leg, from my knee down, that is causing discomfort possibly due to me having to commute long hour drives to work everyday and I would prefer to have a shorter commute. My career is also a bit stressful causing blood pressure spikes, and I am praying for a new career opportunity at a same or greater income level, preferably remote to lessen the commute. I am seeking prayer for physical and mental healing for my health in this season. Thank you. In Jesus name.
