Healing from trauma, debt, and fear of creditors

I was hit by a car and ended up with a tramatic brain injury back in 1986. I have my struggles with faith doubt fear and other issues. With this credit card debt and me having this Tbi it makes it harder on me. Here lately I have been dealing with lots of stress from the credit card debt. Getting letters from debt collectors makes it worse. I know I messed up and did not take responsibility like I should have. At this point I’m scared of calling creditors. I get really nervous. All of this has really taken its toll on me. There are times throughout the day I get really stressed. I pray and ask for forgiveness for my past and ask for forgiveness for my credit card debt.
