I applied for the position of HR Manager and I trust God that his favor will speak for me and I will be appointed on the position

Be the first to intercede for Molebatsi.

How God answered 2 May 2026

Although I did not receive an invitation to interview for the two HR Manager positions I applied for, I remain faithful and trust in God’s plan. I know that at the appointed time, I will be appointed to the position that God has prepared for me, because the Lord has never failed me.

Praise God with Molebatsi — He hears and He answers.

The way you held steady here — not pretending the silence didn't sting, but refusing to let it move you off your footing — that is something I want to name out loud. You didn't dress it up. You said you didn't get the call, and then you said you still trust Him. That kind of honesty before God is its own kind of faith.

"For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor. No good thing does he withhold from those who walk uprightly." (Psalm 84:11, ESV)

Lord, Molebatsi is standing in the space between a closed door and the one You are preparing. I ask that You guard her heart from discouragement and keep her eyes fixed on Your faithfulness, not on dates or outcomes. Confirm in her the confidence she has spoken — that the position You have chosen already has her name on it.

Walk her all the way into that appointed place.
