Trusting God With What You Have Surrendered

Today's Scripture

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not rely on your own understanding; in all your ways know him, and he will make your paths straight." (Proverbs 3:5-6, CSB)

Evening Spiritual Posture

Before you pray, take one slow breath and release the weight of the day. Confess any moment where fear led your thoughts. Receive His forgiveness freely (1 John 1:9, NIV). Come to Him now not striving but resting, seated with Christ above the noise (Ephesians 2:6, NIV).

Entering God's Presence

Father, I come to You at the close of this day with gratitude. You have been faithful in ways I have not fully seen, and I worship You for it.

Prayer for the Night

Lord, where I was tempted today to take back what I have surrendered, quiet me with the reminder that You are directing my path and I can trust You fully, in Jesus' name.

Interceding for Others

Father, I lift every person reading this who is holding something far too tightly. Speak to them tonight the same truth You are speaking to me: You are faithful, and You are already at work.
