Trusting God With Every Step

Today's Scripture

"The steps of a man are established by the Lord, and He delights in his way." (Psalm 37:23, ESV)

Evening Spiritual Posture

Before you pray, set down the weight of what you did not finish. Come to God as you are, thankful that He held today even when you could not see how.

Entering God's Presence

Father, I come to You at the close of this day with gratitude on my lips. You are faithful, and Your mercies were fresh this morning just as Your Word promised in Lamentations 3:23 (ESV).

Prayer for the Night

Father, thank You that the steps of this day were ordered by You, and that every move I made was held in Your faithful hands, in Jesus' name. You said in Psalm 37:23 (ESV) that You establish the steps of a person and delight in their way. I receive that over this day.

Interceding for Others

Lord, I lift up those whose steps felt shaky today. Those who made hard choices, who navigated grief, who showed up when it cost them something.
