Open Before His Revealing Gaze

Today's Scripture

"Oh, how great are God's riches and wisdom and knowledge! How impossible it is for us to understand His decisions and His ways." (Romans 11:33, NLT)

Evening Spiritual Posture

Before praying, still your body and quiet your thoughts. Release the weight of today's unresolved things. You are not entering this prayer to produce understanding; you are entering to receive it from the One who already holds all things.

Entering God's Presence

Father, I come to You tonight with a grateful and open heart. You are the God whose wisdom no mind can fully measure and whose knowledge has no bottom. I worship You not for what I understand, but for who You are.

Prayer for the Night

Father, how unsearchable are Your ways, yet You delight to reveal them to those who seek You. So I ask that every area of my life remain open before Your revealing gaze, and that my eyes stay fixed on what You are showing me, in Jesus' name.

Interceding for Others

Father, I lift those tonight who feel disoriented by the mystery of their circumstances. They cannot see the path ahead, and discouragement is close. Open their eyes to see what You are revealing, even now.
