Trusting When You Cannot Trace Him

Evening Spiritual Posture

Before you pray, set down whatever you could not solve today. You are not approaching a problem-solving session. You are entering the presence of a Father who already knows, already holds, and already loves. Breathe. Still your hands. Come as you are.

Entering God's Presence

Father, I come to You with thanksgiving because You are still God at the end of this day. You have not changed. Your throne has not shifted. Your love toward me has not wavered even when my understanding has run dry.

Prayer for the Night

Lord, I bring You this night and all its unanswered questions. I do not need every answer before I can rest. You are the keeper of what I do not understand, and You are good in the keeping of it.

Interceding for Others

Father, I lift everyone tonight who is sitting in a silence they did not choose, who cannot trace Your hand and is fighting to keep trusting. Sustain them. Let them know they are not forgotten.
