Approaching the Throne with Thankful Boldness

Evening Spiritual Posture

Main Scripture: Hebrews 4:16 (NKJV): "Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need."

Entering God's Presence

Father, I enter Your gates with thanksgiving and Your courts with praise, as Your Word commands in Psalm 100:4 (NKJV). I am grateful that this evening, no matter what this day held, I have access to You.

Prayer for the Night

Lord, I receive the mercy that waits at Your throne tonight. Where I have fallen short today, Your mercy is fresh and it is sufficient, for Your compassions do not fail and they are new every morning, as Lamentations 3:22-23 (CSB) declares.

Interceding for Others

Father, I bring others to this same throne of grace tonight. Those who are weary, those too exhausted to pray for themselves, those whose needs feel larger than their faith right now, I carry them before You, asking that Your mercy reach them too.

Let prayer become daily.
