Evening Spiritual Posture
Before you pray, set down what you have been carrying. Breathe. Confess anything that has created distance today, and receive His forgiveness freely given in 1 John 1:9 (NLT). You are seated with Christ tonight, not beneath your circumstances. Pray from that place.
Entering God's Presence
Father, I come to You tonight not with everything figured out, but with a heart that chooses to bless You. Your Word says You inhabit the praises of Your people (Psalm 22:3, NKJV), and so I begin here, in worship, before petition.
Prayer for the Night
Lord, I bless You at all times tonight, as David declared in Psalm 34:1 (NLT). Not because every need is met, but because You are worthy of praise in the waiting, in the unresolved, and in the still-believing.
Interceding for Others
Father, I lift every person tonight who is carrying a need that has not yet been answered. Let them find in You the same steady ground David found, a reason to praise before the rescue comes.
