Unshakeable Union with Christ

Evening Spiritual Posture

Father, I come off a full and demanding week. I lay down any performance, any striving to appear put-together before You. I release what I could not finish, and I release what wore me out.

Entering God's Presence

Lord, I thank You that I do not have to earn my way into Your presence tonight. Christ has made the way, and I walk through it with gratitude. You are my shepherd and I lack nothing, even on the nights when I feel the lack most sharply (Psalm 23:1, NKJV).

Prayer for the Night

Jesus, I close this week in the quiet certainty that You are in the Father, I am in You, and You are in me, and no season that demands more than I have can ever undo that abiding union. I receive that truth now, not as sentiment, but as the bedrock beneath tonight's rest.

Interceding for Others

Father, I lift anyone tonight who is ending this week more emptied than filled. Let them encounter the same union that holds me, the settled knowing that Christ is in them and they are in Him. Strengthen every weary believer who doubts whether they have what the next season requires.
