Conformed to the Image of Christ

Today's Scripture

"For those whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, so that He would be the firstborn among many believers." (Romans 8:29, AMP)

Evening Spiritual Posture

Before praying, still yourself. Release the events of today. Confess anything that weighs on the heart. Receive His forgiveness, and come with open hands.

Entering God's Presence

Father, I come to You with a grateful heart. You are the God who finishes what You begin, and I worship You for that tonight.

Prayer for the Night

Father, conform me more deeply to the image of Your Son tonight. Romans 8:29 (AMP) declares that You foreordained this work, so I agree with Your purpose and yield to it now.

Interceding for Others

Lord, I lift everyone in my closest relationships to You now. Let them see Jesus in me more clearly tomorrow than they did today.

Let prayer become daily.
