Today's Scripture
"Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need." (Hebrews 4:16, AMP)
Evening Spiritual Posture
Before you pray, still yourself. Breathe. Confess anything that has built a wall today. Forgive anyone whose offense you carried into this evening. You are not approaching a judge tonight. You are approaching a Father whose door is already open.
Entering God's Presence
Father, I enter Your presence tonight with a grateful heart. You are holy, and You are near. I worship You not for what I need, but for who You are.
Prayer for the Night
Lord, I approach Your throne of grace with confidence tonight, bringing this same burden before You yet again. I trust that You have heard me. I trust that Your peace is the evidence of mercy being released over my situation, in Jesus' name.
Interceding for Others
Father, I lift before Your throne everyone carrying a burden they have brought to You more than once. Let them not grow weary in prayer (Galatians 6:9, NLT). Remind them that their persistence is faith, not failure.
