Keep My Eyes on the Path

Today's Scripture

"Look straight ahead, and fix your eyes on what lies before you. Mark out a straight path for your feet; stay on the safe path" (Proverbs 4:25-26, NLT).

Evening Spiritual Posture

Father, I come to You at the close of this day with a heart that wants to be recalibrated. I release every distraction and comparison that pulled my eyes off the lane You set. I confess where I have looked sideways instead of forward, and I receive Your grace to begin again.

Entering God's Presence

Lord, You are the lamp to my feet and the light to my path (Psalm 119:105, NLT). I worship You as the One who neither slumbers nor sleeps while I rest, keeping watch over every step (Psalm 121:3-4, NLT).

Prayer for the Night

As I press forward into Your call for my life, straighten the path before me and keep my eyes looking directly ahead so I do not wander from the lane You have set, in Jesus' name.

Interceding for Others

Father, I lift every person reading this who feels they have drifted from the lane You placed them in. Restore their sense of calling and direction. Let Your Word be a lamp to their feet just as it is to mine.
