Devoted, Alert, and Grateful in Prayer

Today's Scripture

"Be devoted to prayer, keeping alert in it with an attitude of thankfulness." (Colossians 4:2, AMP)

Daily Spiritual Posture

Enter this prayer with a cleared heart. Offer any unconfessed weight to God before you speak another word. Set aside the noise of the morning. You are not rushing an errand. You are meeting a Person.

Entering God's Presence

Father, I come before You this morning with a grateful heart. You are the same God who heard Daniel, who answered Elijah, who raised the dead. Your ear is not heavy and Your arm is not short (Isaiah 59:1, NKJV).

Prayer of the Day

Jesus, I devote myself to prayer this morning, staying alert and watchful as I bring every need before You. Not grudgingly, but with a heart overflowing with gratitude for Your faithfulness.

Interceding for Others

Lord, I lift every person who woke up this morning too weary to pray. Renew their strength as they wait on You (Isaiah 40:31, NKJV). Let their weariness become the door through which devotion enters.

Let prayer become daily.
