Asking Freely from a Place of Abiding

Today's Scripture

"If you remain in me and my words remain in you, you may ask for anything you want, and it will be granted." (John 15:7, NLT)

Daily Spiritual Posture

Come to this prayer as a branch returning to the vine. Release the striving. Confess any worry that has pulled you inward. Receive His peace, and then bring your requests from that place of rest.

Entering God's Presence

Father, I come to You with a grateful heart. You are the true Vine, and I am hidden in You. Before I bring a single request, I simply worship You for who You are.

Prayer of the Day

Lord, as I remain in You and let Your words remain in me, I ask freely. Supply what this day demands. You have promised that the one who abides asks and receives, so I bring my needs without straining and without fear (John 15:7, NLT).

Interceding for Others

Father, I lift everyone reading this who is straining today, running on empty, carrying burdens they were never meant to carry alone. Draw them back to abiding. Let Your words find a settled place in them.

Let prayer become daily.
