A Heart That Obeys

Today's Scripture

Ezekiel 36:26-27 (NLT): "I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit in you. I will take out your stony, stubborn heart and give you a tender, responsive heart. And I will put my Spirit in you so that you will follow my decrees and be careful to obey my regulations."

Daily Spiritual Posture

Seated with Christ above every distraction, every old pattern, every accusing voice. Praying not to earn transformation but to receive it, from the One who promised it freely.

Entering God's Presence

Father, I come to You with thanksgiving. You are the God who does not merely command change, but authors it, working in me both to will and to act according to Your good purpose (Philippians 2:13, NIV).

Prayer of the Day

Lord, I do not want knowledge without transformation. You promised in Ezekiel 36:26 that You would give me a new heart and put a new spirit within me, removing my stubborn heart and replacing it with one that is tender and responsive. I receive that promise over my life today.

Interceding for Others

Father, I lift every believer who is weary of knowing the right thing and still doing the wrong thing. Give them the same new heart You have promised, tender and responsive to Your Spirit.
