Daily Prayer for August 23, 2026

Staying Strong Until the Harvest

Swipe to pray →

Today's Scripture

"Let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap, if we do not give up." (Galatians 6:9, NKJV)

Daily Spiritual Posture

Before you pray, release the weight of the week. Confess any weariness or doubt that has crept in. Thank God that He is faithful even when you feel tired. Come seated with Christ, above the noise of what has not yet appeared, and pray from that place of rest and authority (Ephesians 2:6, NKJV).

Entering God's Presence

Father, I come before You with a grateful heart. You are the Lord of the harvest, and every good work done in Your name is held securely in Your hand. I thank You that Your faithfulness does not depend on my feelings, and Your purposes do not stall because my energy ran low.

Prayer of the Day

Lord, as I close this week of pressing into Your call, I bring this prayer before You: let me not grow weary in the pursuit. Your Word declares in Galatians 6:9 that in due season I shall reap if I do not give up, and I choose to stand on that word today.

Interceding for Others

Father, I lift every person today who is close to quitting on the calling You placed in them. Strengthen them with might through Your Spirit in the inner man (Ephesians 3:16, NKJV). Let them not throw away their confidence, which has great reward (Hebrews 10:35, NKJV).

Let prayer become daily.
