When God Holds Your Hand Through Anxiety

Today's Scripture

"Nevertheless I am continually with You; You hold me by my right hand. You guide me with Your counsel, and afterward You will receive me to glory." (Psalm 73:23-24, ESV)

Daily Spiritual Posture

Enter this prayer seated with Christ, not striving beneath your anxiety. You are not begging God to notice you. You are a child of God, held by Him, praying from that place of union and rest (Ephesians 2:6, ESV).

Entering God's Presence

Father, I come to You this morning with a thankful heart, because You are worthy of every breath I bring into this moment. You are the God who inhabits the praises of Your people (Psalm 22:3, NKJV), and I enter Your courts with thanksgiving today (Psalm 100:4, ESV).

Prayer of the Day

Father, I consecrate my anxious heart to You this morning. I bring every fear, every spiraling thought, every question without an answer, and I place them in Your hands. You are not troubled by what troubles me, and I trust that.

Interceding for Others

Father, I bring before You everyone who woke up anxious this morning, carrying burdens too heavy for them to name. Hold their right hand the way You are holding mine. Guide them with Your counsel today.
