Trusting God’s Perfect Timing

Today's Scripture

"For the vision is yet for the appointed time; it testifies about the end and will not lie. Though it delays, wait for it, since it will certainly come and not be late." (Habakkuk 2:3, CSB)

Daily Spiritual Posture

Before you pray, still your heart. Cast every anxious thought onto Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, NIV). You are not approaching a distant God. You are seated with Christ in heavenly places (Ephesians 2:6, CSB), praying from rest, not from panic.

Entering God's Presence

Father, I enter Your gates with thanksgiving and Your courts with praise (Psalm 100:4, NKJV). You are faithful in every generation, and Your word stands firm in the heavens (Psalm 119:89, NIV).

Prayer of the Day

Lord, Your Word declares in Habakkuk 2:3 that the vision is for an appointed time and that it will certainly come and not be late. I stand on that word today. Where I have interpreted delay as denial, I repent of that doubt and choose to agree with what You have written.

Interceding for Others

Father, I lift every person reading this who is exhausted from waiting. Strengthen them with power through Your Spirit in their inner being (Ephesians 3:16, NIV) and remind them that You are faithful to complete what You have begun (Philippians 1:6, NIV).
