Father restored, full custody granted, family protected

Testimony from Edwina Family Good Report 30 Days of Prayer · Ephesians 3:8 · June 2025 9 June 2026

Thank You, Lord, for my daughter. Her father is now helping her in every aspect of her life, and I pray that he continues to do so, in Jesus' name. My daughter also received full custody of her 4-year-old daughter from the court. Praise be to You, mighty Healer. Even though I am far from my children and grandchildren, I always pray for them and love them so much. Thank You, Lord, for protecting them in all Your ways.

Praise God with Edwina — He hears and He answers.

A father who had stepped back is now stepping in — and a court has placed a little four-year-old girl safely in her mother's arms. We do not take lightly what it took to get here.

What Edwina has watched God do across the distance is exactly what the Word promises: "The Lord will keep you from all harm — he will watch over your life" (Psalm 121:7, NIV), and we see that watching-over written right into her family's story. The custody settled, a father re-engaged, a grandmother praying faithfully from far away — God has been at work in all of it.

Lord, You know every mile between Edwina and the people she loves. Carry forward what You have begun in this family — keep the father steady in his role, keep that little girl secure, and let Edwina feel, even across the distance, that her prayers are landing and her love is felt. Hold them all in Your hand.
