Swamp farming project success and partnership favor

I am cultivating 32 Hectares of Swamp land in Liberia with the objective of improving income generation capacity of and the livelihood of communities targeting 1560 farmer (60%) Women. I need devine connection and favor from the ministry of agriculture Liberia and other development partners to make my dream come true. The farming is very expensive and I am totally out of money, and no backing. It is my fervent desire to make this succeed. I come to the Lord God for help and support. This is my prayers request.
