Wisdom and healing for unexplained weight loss

My name is Greta. I am 70 and mostly sole caregiver for my parents(95, 91). I have lost more than 70 pounds in the last year with not much appetite, and still losing. I was overweight so that was good, but now its beginning to cross the unhealthy line. I did have a colonoscopy/endoscopy to rule out some things. Please pray that the cause of the weight loss will be discovered before it becomes detrimental to my health, and affecting those I care for. God has been manifesting Himself mightily in other areas. Pray that He does this for my well-being in all areas, but especially this one. I appreciate that He is a present, prayer-answering God, and His Presence is my best present every day!
