Hi Steve, your story reached out and touched my heart… i too experienced a similar situation, and had numerous manifestations that terrified me. The Lord has been teaching me that if I put my focus on “the Cross” and on who Jesus is, and what He did on the Cross for US, and to totally trust Him, and what He accomplished there, along with prayer, then the fear and anxiety that once overwhelmed me, started to subside. It is COMPLETELY gone now. You see, fear is a tactic of the devil. He knows what you are afraid of, and Satan feeds on your fear! Jesus defeated Satan and the ENTIRE kingdom of darkness when He died on the cross for you! TRUST IN JESUS, and WHAT HE DID ON THE CROSS! Put your focus on prayer and trust in Jesus, and take your attention off of Satan. When your focus is on your fear, you’re giving your attention to Satan, which gives him more power over you. I’ll admit this is not easy to do at first, anxiety is so overwhelming! It’s terrifying at times! But if you will try doing this, God will meet you more than halfway! He WILL help you, I promise! Continue telling yourself out loud, “I trust you, Jesus! I believe who you are, and what You did on Calvary’s Cross!” And it’ll help you. I promise your fear and anxiety will start to turn around! This is definitely a Satan attack on your life, to bring you closer to God, take care my friend, and I’ll be praying for you! Lizzie
