Financial breakthrough and favor with landlord

Please pray for financial stability, breakthrough and urgent help.
I’m a mature female, gone through ( grief)loss and divorce.
Urgent need for financial help from the Lord. Overdue bills rent and some debts.
(I’m asking for favour with the land lord. Not a believer.)
Doors open to work from home.
I’m a giver and enjoy tithing. I walk in forgiveness, but have issues with trust.

The Father knows my heart and my needs.
